Segun Sipeolu

Professional Experience

Our Founder and Managing Partner, Samuel Olusegun Sipeolu (Segun Sipeolu) is admitted to practice law in Nigeria, England and Wales and has over 30 years of experience in various areas of law ranging from Litigation, Arbitration, Corporate, Commercial, Oil and Gas Law. He holds a Master of Laws’ degree from the esteemed Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland. Segun is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Law Society of England and Wales, International Bar Association; and several committees and alumni associations.

On behalf of various expatriates and multinational organizations, Segun has registered and fully set up various companies in Nigeria. He is on the Board of various companies as Director or Company Secretary. He advises clients on various regulatory mechanisms in relation to doing business in Nigeria

Segun has participated in various Oil and Gas contract negotiations and related matters. Various contracts have been drafted for clients in the sector. The interface of Segun with the communities of the Niger Delta region of the oil producing areas of Nigeria has enhanced the optimum capabilities of clients in meeting their output production targets without much interference from the local community.

Obtained a qualifying certificate from the University of Law, in the United Kingdom. Enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007.
